Northwest Tucson and the surrounding communities are very beautiful areas that offer some newer infrastructure and breathtaking views of Pusch Ridge in the CatalinaMountains.  Only a few minutes from downtown, and just a little longer up to Phoenix, people tend to like the convenience of these locations.
